Issues with Your Order?
If you receive a product that’s misprinted, damaged, or defective, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right — no questions, no hassle.

Lost in Transit?
If your package hasn't shown up within the expected delivery window, and you suspect it’s lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll help track it down or replace it.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If you or your customer provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner. In this case:

You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm a corrected address.

If no action is taken within 30 days, the item may be donated and no refund will be issued.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package goes unclaimed and returns to our facility:

After 30 days of no response, it will be donated to charity.
Returns & Size Exchanges
Every item is made to order, specifically for you. That means:

We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.

Size exchanges are not supported at this time. Please refer to our sizing charts before ordering.
If you do wish to exchange an item for a different size, you’ll need to place a new order at your own expense.
This is intentional fashion — not off-the-rack. Your order is custom made, not mass produced.
International & Legal Notes
EU Customers: Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalized goods.
Brazilian Customers: You may request a return within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item, with proof of item condition. Refunds are not issued if the item is used or damaged.
