Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed by Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Most items are processed within 2–7 business days after the order is placed. Personalized or custom items may take longer. Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination. For supported regions, we use Printful live shipping rates, ensuring accurate pricing. Free shipping promotions may be available for specific products or regions — see checkout for eligibility.


International Orders & Duties (DDU Shipping)
For orders shipped outside your local fulfillment facility, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Countries where duties are typically not charged for small orders: US, Canada (domestic), EU countries, New Zealand, Hong Kong.

Example notice at checkout:
“International customers may be charged duties or VAT by local customs upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices (DDU shipping).”


Restricted or Non-Ship Countries
We cannot ship orders to the following countries due to Printful restrictions:

  • Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Crimea/Luhansk/Donetsk regions, Gaza Strip

Orders to these countries cannot be fulfilled.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at [your contact email] with your order number. Printful and the shipping carriers provide support and insurance for lost or damaged shipments.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made or personalised, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund once verified.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted to Printful for fulfilment. Please double-check your order before placing it.


Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
